Collins, Donnelly, Murkowski, Manchin: 40 Hours is Full Time
U.S. Senators Collins and Donnelly along with Murkowski and Manchin announced the reintroduction of the bipartisan Forty Hours is Full Time Act, S. 30, which would change the definition of a “full-time employee” under the Affordable Care Act to someone who works an average of 40 hours per week.
Donnelly: ‘Sexton Act is Law’
U.S. Senator Joe Donnelly welcomed his signature legislation, the Jacob Sexton Military Suicide Prevention Act of 2014, being signed into law today by President Obama as part of the national defense bill. The Sexton Act requires an annual mental health assessment for all servicemembers.
Donnelly to be Ranking Member on Strategic Forces Subcommittee
U.S. Senator Joe Donnelly will serve as the Ranking Member on the Subcommittee on Strategic Forces of the Senate Armed Services Committee. He will also serve on the Subcommittee on Airland and the Subcommittee on Emerging Threats and Capabilities.
